The Steam Compressor (Low temperature rise) is mainly composed of a compressor body (volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, seal, etc.), coupling, motor, electric instrument, etc.

The steam compressor（high temperature rise） mainly includes compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instrument and anti-surge control system. It is of compact structure and convenient for maintenance.

Oil-film high-speed direct drive steam compressor is a kind of turbine equipment using high efficiency permanent magnet motor. Its main structure is that the impeller is directly installed at the shaft extension end of the motor, and the rotor is directly supported by oil film bearing, to realize direct drive by high-speed motor, without speed increasing box and coupling.

The magnetic steam compressor is a kind of turbine equipment using magnetic bearing. Its main structure is that the impeller is directly mounted onto the motor shaft extension end, and the rotor is suspended vertically on the active magnetic bearing, without speed increasing box and coupling. It is directly driven by a high-speed motor.

The single-stage high speed centrifugal blower is mainly composed of a blower unit (volute, impeller, seal, inlet vane adjusting system, diffuser-adjusting system etc.), gearbox, motor, coupling, lubrication station, and etc. It also comprises auxiliary systems such as inlet filter and silencer, inlet soft joint, outlet expansion joint, outlet silencer, outlet electric valve, check valve, vent silencer, vent electric valve, local control cabinet, pipe, electric instruments etc.

Structural type: direct motor or coupling drive
Advantages:
1. High degree of serialization and standardization.
2. High efficiency (up to 87%), wide performance range, wide application, comparable to foreign similar products.
3. Compact structure, easy to install.
Main applications: Widely used in various industrial ventilation sites, such as gas boiler burner fans, special fans for household paper production lines, domestication of imported products, etc.

There are two main nuclear grade fans designed and manufactured by our company namely civil nuclear power plant fans and military nuclear industry fans. The civil nuclear power plant fans include ETY(CAM) fans, AP1000 reactor top cooling fans, circulating cooling fans, volute-free fans, ventilation system fans, process system fans, etc. The military nuclear industry fans include isotope safety grade fans, MOX fuel assembly safety grade fans, etc. However, customized products can be provided according to different needs of customers.
The nuclear grade fan consists of a fan unit (casing, impeller, air inlet, transmission part, seal, etc.), coupling (belt and pulley), temperature and vibration sensor, automatic lubrication device, actuator, motor and etc.

Structure type: double support, the transmission structure of connecting the main shaft of the fan and the motor with a coupling, the two supporting bearings are installed on both sides of the housing, the impeller is in the middle of the two supporting bearings, the coupling is installed on the outside of a bearing seat, the fan speed is the same as the motor speed.
Advantages: Mechanical efficiency is higher than E transmission, reliable and stable. Compared with the D-type transmission, the radial load of the bearing is small, and the fan runs more smoothly.
Disadvantages: High precision required for installation and maintenance.
Main application: Suitable for double suction or large single suction centrifugal fan, the application is more common.

Structural type: Cantilever type, no bearing, the fan impeller is directly mounted on the motor shaft, the speed of the fan is the same as the speed of the motor.
Advantage: Simple and compact structure, small fan volume, high mechanical efficiency of the fan.
Disadvantage: The fan model is smaller and cannot meet the requirements of large air volume or high pressure.
Main applications: Due to the bearing capacity of the motor or the effect of the medium (such as high temperature), it is only suitable for small fans with no special requirements for the medium.

Structural type: Cantilever type, belt drive structure, the belt pulley is installed in the middle of two supporting bearings, and the impeller is cantilevered at the other end of the shaft.
Advantage: The fan speed can be chosen from a wide range, the flow is closer to the application needs, the motor installation position is more flexible, and it occupies less space.
Disadvantage: Relatively lower mechanical efficiency, difficult to disassemble the belt pulley. The belt drive requires tension, which adds extra lateral force to the fan shaft end, there are more easily damaged parts, and the frequency of updates and maintenance is high.
Main Application: Suitable for medium-sized and above fans with a large range of performance variations, rarely used.

Structural type: Cantilevered, belt drive structure, the belt pulley is installed on the outside of two supporting bearings, and the impeller is cantilever-mounted on the other end of the shaft.
Advantages: The fan speed range is large, the flow is closer to application needs, the motor installation position is more flexible, the belt pulley disassembly is more convenient, and the space occupied is smaller.
Disadvantages: The mechanical efficiency is relatively low. Belt transmission requires tensioning force, adding extra lateral force to the fan shaft end. There are more easily damaged parts and high frequency of maintenance and renewal.
Main application: Suitable for medium-sized and above fans with a large range of performance variations.

Structural type: Cantilevered, the transmission structure that connects the main shaft of the fan and the motor with a coupling. The coupling is installed on the outside of the two bearing seats, and the fan's speed is the same as the motor's speed.
Advantages: The mechanical efficiency is higher compared to the C-type drive.
Disadvantages: High precision requirements for installation and maintenance.
Main application: Suitable for medium-sized and above fans, widely used."

Structural type: Double support, belt drive structure, two supporting bearings are installed on both sides of the casing, the impeller is in the middle of the two supporting bearings, and the belt pulley is installed on the side of the fan.
Advantages: The fan speed range is large, the flow is closer to application needs, the motor installation position is more flexible, the belt pulley disassembly is more convenient. Compared to C-type drive, the radial load of the bearing is small, and the fan runs more smoothly.
Disadvantages: The mechanical efficiency is relatively low. Belt transmission requires tensioning force, adding extra lateral force to the fan shaft end. There are more easily damaged parts and high frequency of maintenance and renewal.
Main application: Suitable for double-suction or large single-suction centrifugal fans with a large range of performance variations.

Structural type: The blower is a multi-stage, single-inlet, double-support structure, driven by a motor, the gearbox is speed increased, the fan and motor are separately connected to the gear shaft through two diaphragm couplings, and the impeller is interference fitted with the main shaft.
